Lightbulb Why doesn't InstaAlert show ticket count for Closed and On Hold items? - 12-01-2006, 08:19 PM

You need to enable the Ticket Count under:

Admin CP > Tickets > Manage Status > Edit

After this, the count will be enabled in the InstaAlert application.
