We are testing full SSL support on our own desk, and will provide instructions on how to implement it yourself. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi mrloofer, We have no plans to implement SSL support on the Kayako hosted services, but will take the suggestion for future consideration. Until then, the only way to offer your support desk via an SSL connection (https) is to host it yourself. -------------------------------------------------------------------
