This version allows you to create new tickets from within KayakoMobile.
NOTES:
- You *must* have at least version 3.20.02 STABLE of eSupport/SupportSuite to use this version.
- Due dates may not work correctly under 3.20.02 STABLE; please wait for 3.20.03 STABLE if you experience problems with due dates for new tickets.

Users who experience SQL errors containing "column ticketnoteid is not unique" should upgrade to this build.

This update simply adds error messages for those users experiencing a failure when attempting to attach handwriting to a reply.
