Kayako needs to create an issue tracker built in. For instance, kayako uses Artic bug tracker for its own bugs. However, the foundation for this is already in kayako. All it needs is a public display allowing all users to view the list of issues to add comments, and/or do a +1 to it if they have the same issue. |
