as of know, there is no way for any of your users to provide support to singel users, small companies - or anyone who needs help from time to time - where the user can BUY a supportticket. this could be done either by A) purchase singel/several tickets using Paypal - or any simular, N) by SMS, where the users buy using SMS and and a access code in return. if this feature was available, anyone could start providing support to everyone - with everything, within any branch or business. consider implementing this ASAP  |

In the future we may look to developing a pay-per-ticket module and/or integrate it by default in Version 4; this is all undecided. -------------------------------------------------------------------
