Hey all, Not sure if this has been asked for, or implemented i believe. Would be nice if you could login to the clients account area with their e-mail address and the administration password. hmm? This way when a client says i dont see this ticket, etc you can take a look yourself as the admin. Love me an eSupport -------------------------------------------- |
