It would be great if it was possible to give users a billing account. Now you can set billing time for each ticket. That's nice but were not going to send an invoice for each ticket we solved. Why not give a user a certain amount of time(or points) in advance (which he has to pay for first) and then take the used time off his account till it reaches zero. Peter |

Although it would be nice to have a better system for this, you can currently set "Time Worked" and "Billable" (the latter is for an amount figure I think) and then you can bill them later. Craig, fyi... The billable is a time number per the manual: "Billable – the time (in minutes) that are billable." It's also noted as "In Minutes" on the billable tab. Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |
