| Custom Field as a Filter for SMS Alerts -

Hi Guys,
In my case, I'm sure as in many others, I have a custom field (radio selection) where customers can select what type of support problem they are having. The last option is "Server is Down"
So I would need to be able to create an SMS Alert that includes custom fields as a filter. So when someone selects that their server is down, the tech on duty gets an sms.
This would be fantastic, and actually the reason why I purchased 100 sms,. but I came to the realization (too late and surprizingly) that this wasn't possible.
I want to toss this out and see what you think.
