Synchronisation with Google Calendar

I'd like to request the ability to synchronise Teamwork (the calendar) with Google Calendar. It doesn't really have to be able to update Google (e.g. write to the Google Calendar) but only download the information on there so that all staff can view the meetings and events on there and maybe sign up for them (e.g. link them to the sign up page where they will have to login).

My company would very much like to see this implemented and I'm sure we're are not the only ones looking to start using Google Calendar.

Hello, I am evaluating the product and would like to have the same option. It might be possible that it is listed in the manual, as I have not gone through a thorough review of those.

Anyone able to reply to this Google calendar functionality wish??

(btw: I could think of a scenario where Kayako synchronizes with Outlook which synchronizes with Google ..)

Google calender sync is currently not available, but may be so in the future. You can subscribe to this request thread to see what comes of it.

Is there some news here? Google Calender is becoming a big used item world wide. The plus is that it can communicate with other platforms so it works like a gayteway! I'm using it for about 6 month now.

For example: I use google calender to synchronize the same data on:

1. Thunderbird
2. Outlook
3. PDA
4. Mobile
etc.

If you would syncronise Google calender features, the only thing users have to do is to setup an account!

This is being strongly considered as a probable implement for v4 teamwork. No promises yet, but it's a common request and I want to see it go in.

I'd like to do the same as well for each support person's calendar, especially as google can then send sms alerts gratis prior to events.

I would like to see some type of supported mechanism for the TeamWork calendar in here where it can be shared to and from either Google Calendar, Zimbra Calendar, other CalDev options with possible two-way sync, create ICS files, etc.
