ModernBill -> More intuitive support dashboard - 09-08-2007, 06:22 PM

On the "Support" page there is no link or ability to review tickets, it's only on the dashboard. When users go to support they would kind of expect to see a page somewhat like what you see at the front of Kayako (the menu widgets) which is what I was expecting also.

I doubt this can be done, unless Modernbill allows this dashboard to be hooked in some way. Otherwise, it is up to you to customise Modernbill (we can't do everything with hook-ins).

Actually, what you are doing is essentially piping the FAQ page into ModernBill.

Via that same hook you should be able pipe a dashboard in instead of just the FAQ page.
