Hi,
It seems a little nutty that we can't add the field "User Group" to a ticket list view (from the Users » Edit User » User Group when you set up a user) when you go to Tickets » Edit View there is no choice for "User Group"
This would be a natural grouping in my view. Seems like it must have been an oversight to leave it out... (Yes I know you can create a filter to only see this clients tickets, but we don't operate that way, we need to be able to see all clients tickets and use their "User Group" as a way to sort the open tickets.)
Please consider for inclusion.

Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
