Suggestion for Kayako It would be really useful if there was a standard way for the support staff to link a file in the downloads section in to a KB item so that when a user was reading the item they could click to get the download while in the knowledgebase item. Maybe a small panel to the right or the left with a list of linked files +small description/header. |

What about linking "Knowledgebase Articles"? You mentioned linking to Downloads and "ATTACHING" knowledgebase articles. I don't necessarily want to attach a kb article. Can we add to this "link to knowledgebase article"? |
