| Mail parser -> A mail parser for outgoing messages -

We are still trying to get the internal / external replies (via e-mail and Staff CP) working for us... without it, we just cannot use eSupport...
In this context, Mail Parse Rules for outgoing e-mail would be very useful.
Such Rules could be used in many ways:
1) You could strip a User e-mail address from the list of recipients if a certain condition was met, for example, to make a reply internal (like a Note) instead of a regular external reply.
2) This could also be used as a safety feature, where only certain Staff can send e-mail to certain Users.
3) This could be used to limit e-mail to be sent only to specific e-mail addresses (e.g., only to official copany e-mail addresses, and not HotMail or Yahoo).
4) This could be used to send e-mail Alerts and confirmations (e.g., to other Staff or Third Parties, such as accounting) on the basis of e-mail traffic.
Etc.
From an outsider's point of view, it seems that adding such functionality (which already exists for incoming e-mail) to the outgoing e-mail queue should be fairly straightforward.
Thanks!
