Searching -> Use drop down when searching explicit scope custom fields - 15-08-2007, 03:28 AM

When searching Custom Fields that are single- or multiple-selection listboxes, eSupport provides text-fields. Instead, it would be useful to provide listboxes for the search, to match the type of Custom Field.
