Hello, I was initially using Cerberus and then had some problems so moved to Gmail. I have now transitioned to Kayako, but really miss the great shortcuts that Gmail had (with the Greasemonkey Macros script for Gmail). I know that Kayako has some shortcuts when replying to emails and going to the next email which are great. But would love more shortcuts. I would love to be able to * switch between departments * scroll up and down through the email list and select the email i need to respond to. * change statuses * delete messages * go back and forth between detailed email view and list view Basically be able to do most of the common features with keyboard commands only instead of needing the mouse. If I get time I would try creating a Greasemonkey script to go over Kayako, but have not had any recently. Here is a chart of shortcuts available when using Gmail: http://cache.lifehacker.com/software...ands-small.png and a full article on how they are used: http://lifehacker.com/software/gmail...ter-161399.php Thanks! |

Hmm, just realised this was a feature of Kayako. Its cool on Windows as it just uses Shift + Left / Right. It would be cool if there was a setting in the settings area to disable this though as it is obviously going to cause problems for a few people. Have it enabled by default though. Maybe move this into feature requests Jamie? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Thanks for moving it Jamie! Hopefully we will get an option for disabling this in the future. Maybe even the ability to dictate shortcut keys... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
