| Member | System -> Searching -> An "is empty" condition -

It would be really useful to be able to search for empty / missing fields (the latter is only relevant for Custom Fields of course). That is, in addition to "Contains" and "Equal", "Does Not Contain", etc. also provide the option of "Is Empty" and "Is Not Empty". We need this to look for fields that a User/Staff did not fill out.
