I think you are correct. There are several features from v2 that we have been waiting for which are missing from v3 for over a year. From what I can see, customers are requesting them over and over via the forums and in FlySpray, but I don't think the Kayako developers are building their features back into v3 based on the popularity of the publicly posted requests. Varun has said that the features being built back into v3 are the ones requested by customers, but I haven't found that request system yet. Does anyone know where it is? Or have you had success in getting functionality that was available in v2 added back into v3? Thanks! I know where you are coming from. I feel your pain... Really, I do! My production system is still on v2 as well... There are about 4 or 5 functionality items in v2 that my clients use every day. If Kayako could get those put back into v3, I would be willing to make the switch. All of the items are on the client interface. But my observation is that Kayako's main focus with v3, over the past year, has been more toward Staff centric functionality instead of focusing on Client functionality. I just let my second 6 month period of upgrade maintenance expire. I think I will wait to send more money when I can actually make the switch to v3... I have also been asking Varun to re-add the auto login, we have used the hack posted elsewhere on the forum which didn;t initially work withou doing some tweaking. I have it working for our setup but it is by no means an ideal solution and would like to se this added back into v3 propperly. @ netFusion: What are the 4-5 functionality items your clients use every day that are missing from v3, please just add the list here?
