Is there a way to change the default template to the template that you currently have? The reason why I ask is, lets say you've modifed your templates and everything has been tested and is working perfectly. You then go and make a small mod and screw something up. It would be good if you could restore the template so that you go back to your working modded template instead of the bare bones one that Kayako provides. This would help reduce duplicating work and screwing things up further. Is there a way to do this or is it a feature request? If it is, Jamie can you move this to the FR section? Thanks.

This would be a feature request. This is not possible at the moment. As of now when you restore the templates, they get restored to its original format.

Maybe it would be a good idea to have a setting inside the settings area saying "retain x amount of skin changes" and then users could restore which ever version they want.

Can you maybe move this to feature requests Jamie as I would also find this handy.

Kayako may look into the option of creating "restore points" and allow users to restore at those restore points.

Would certainly be handy if you make a mistake and cause something to stop working but don't want to start modifying the template from the beginning again.
