Tickets -> Increase and decrease size of reply area

Since Kayako is already using Ajax in eSupport, I was wondering if I might ask for something I'd personally find helpful. In Vbulletin, while making a post, you can expand the text area to show more of what you're writing simply by clicking the arrow to expand it.

*Very* handy, when you have clients that open tickets with a huge amount of information and you need to respond to each item in turn. Try it in VB by responding to a post and looking in the upper right corner of the compose window for the arrows I showed above.

Would certainly help where you are typing a large reply which gives me a thought for another feature which I will now post.
