Tickets -> Labels -> Label grouping - 04-09-2007, 11:36 AM

Hi,

We have quite a few labels. It would be much appreciated if you could group labels together in catagories. This would allow staff to drill-down through catagories to select/analyse labels.

For instance an IT helpdesk might have:

Network Issues
-- New account
-- Password reset
-- Permissions

Software Issues
-- Installation
-- Licensing
-- Training

Hardware Issues
-- New PC request
-- Hardware failure
-- Driver Issue

Hope other people agree

That sounds like a good idea. Are users able to select labels as well when they create a new ticket?

It has been moved to the Feature Request board by one of the moderators so is in line for consideration. Kayako are planning to have a meeting to decide what will make it into V4 so once this has happened, feature requests will be moved to the "Will Implement" / "Won't Implement" sub-boards.
