Tickets -> Mass 'follow-up' actions - 25-07-2007, 09:36 PM

We receive large spikes of tickets during our events, and we would like the ability to set follow-up actions on a group of tickets at one time.

Its very time consuming to go through the tickets one at a time, to set the follow-ups.
