Tickets -> Move ticket reply from one ticket to another - 02-07-2007, 09:51 PM

I think that would be a useful feature too. I think a good spot to add this would be near the little icons where you can edit a post etc.

An Action button there to do the follwoing would be ideal:

1. Move that post to another ticket number

2. Create a new ticket from that post
- Would need the option of changing the subject line as well so that when the new ticket gets emailed to the client who requested it it has an appropriate subject line and an appropriate description in the helpdesk itself.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
