Collapsable billing/notes etc. - 02-05-2007, 09:06 AM

It would be great if you could collapse screens inside a ticket.

Some tickets are very long. And it is a whole lotta scrolling before you see what you want.

If you could collapse ticket responses / billing info / notes e.g. it would go a lot faster.

I propose we move System notes out of the Main Ticket tab into the Log page. For people with escalation rules, system notes can really get out of control and staff have to scroll all the way to the bottom to find out what the ticket is about.
