Tickets -> Predefined Replies -> Permissions - 11-12-2007, 08:42 AM

Hey guys -

Is it possible to limit predefined replies, either by department or staff group? I want our customer service group to have one group of responses and our communications department to have another.

Currently I simply have different categories, but that's not an ideal solution.

I am afraid this isn't possible. I think this would be good functionality, so I have moved it into the Feature Requests forum.
