Tickets -> Shift + check a range of boxes selects all - 10-10-2007, 08:04 PM

(This will be familiar to users of Google Mail). When managing a list of (for example) tickets, holding down shift while selecting two checkboxes, all boxes between will be automatically selected.

For example, selecting Checkbox 1 and 8 while holding shift will select checkboxes 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
