Users -> Preferences -> Specify HTML or plaintext e-mail preference - 02-10-2006, 04:50 PM

I have HTML tickets turned back on with 3.04. However, if I have a user that is having problems receiving my e-mail, I'd like a bit (checkbox) "Do not use HTML with this ticket" or something to that affect. It allows me to keep HTML turned on for the rest of my users, but if I have a yahoo user, for example, I can disable HTML for this ticket correspondence only.

I reworded your feature request so that this preference is a user account property that the user can specify when registering (or editing options) or can be changed by staff.
