I know I can create custome fields for user registration, but, that on it's own will not work.
The easiest way to describe this is using an example of an IT HelpDesk.
I have a group of users, all belonging to the same company, who logs tickets on my HelpDesk.
Now, everytime they log a new ticket, they have to fill in a BUNCH of information pertaining to their equipment. They need to fill in OS, CPU, usernames and passwords, etc.
What I would like is to be able to setup inventory which is then tied to a group. So, if a user belongs to a specific group, when he logs a ticket, he will be able to select from a list of inventory, which machine he is loging the ticket for.
When the staff views the ticket, they will automatically see all the information linked in from the specific inventory item.
