Version numbers need to be removed from the bottom of the client area. It should just read "Powered by Kayako". Also, on /staff/ and /admin/, version numbers should not be shown. Simple reason for this, there is no need for end users to know this as if there is a security hole in an earlier version and they know this, they could try to exploit it.
