| Add article -> Handle line breaks better -

I have seen this topic in different parts of the forums, but I did not yet see the following, quite simple solution:
Currently, when adding Knowledgebase articles to an e-mail message, all of the HTML tags are removed, and bare text is added. Of course this makes sense considering how cumbersome HTML e-mails can be.
However, I currently get my Knowledgebase text completely unformatted. Even line breaks and things like that are completely missing.
Why can't at least some very basic formatting still be applied (retained from HTML), so that at least the text is somewhat readable? <P> <BR> <UL> <LI> perhaps?
The way this is handled now, it is probably better to remove the Knowledgebase link from the e-mail editor altogether. |
