CSI -> Client side ticket search - 05-09-2007, 07:48 PM

Hi there!

A ticket search by ID box in Support Center's home page would be an essential feature for future SupportSuite/eSupport releases. If a user has many requests, open or closed, it's annoying searching for them in the "View tickets" page.

It can be a useful feature if a user has created numerous tickets which are paginated

I think client side ticket search would be more useful.

I agree that this is a useful feature and should be an extension on the planned client side ticket search functionality.

Yes PLEASE. I have to deal with multiple ISPs who generate a lot of tickets per day and when they need to reference a ticket or find a certain ticket, browsing through huge lists is not acceptable.
I really hope this feature gets implemented soon

excellent, just a question though when you say will be implemented in v4 does this mean the initial release of v4 or any build up to v5?

Lightbulb Customer can search thier old tickets? - 23-06-2008, 07:20 PM

It would be great for a customer logged in to SupportSuite to be able to search thier old tickets (closed but open as well). A customer that submits similar issues over time would want to find and see the history of something similar that they submitted in the past.

Ideally when viewing thier ticket list (logged in of course), the "Search" box pulldown (which just says "knowledgebase" and "entire support site") would have the choice of "tickets". This of course would mean only thier own tickets.

This would be extremely valuable if someone had a rich history of submitting tickets and wanted to find an old ticket.

Seems like a good feature. I do not think Kayako will have to do a lot of coding to add this feature.

We have some needy clients with 100 tickets. Clients want to be able to search their tickets. Please.
