Desktop App -> Proactive chat status - 28-12-2006, 10:28 PM

Good Evening,

I don't know if this has been suggested before, but it would be great if it would be possible to see proactive chat status in visitor's details (Information Tab maybe?) from WinApp GUI.

The four statuses would be:

1) Not requested yet
2) Requested
3) Accepted
4) Declined

This would be pretty useful to me, what do you think?

This feature would be very helpful.

Along this same topic, is there currently any way to know if (or prevent) a viewer of our site from being spammed with Proactive Requests from our different staff members?
