Feature Request - recurring tasks or events - 02-05-2007, 02:01 PM

I would like recurring tasks in outlook 2003 to be added to supportsuite - not just the first instance.

Yes, I would like this as well. Very useful for preventative maintenance calls.

Would it be possible to setup recurring tasks or events on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis so we can schedule reminders for certains tasks throughout our company?

Can we not limit this to only tasks and events? We have weekly tickets that need to be opened for different customers. So can we also make it where you can add a Recurring Ticket that will create a new ticket every Monday, for example?
