http://www.php.net/manual/en/functio...or-handler.php It's not really nice when php vomits you a: "FATAL ERROR blah blah blah", the page get blank and your customer is all alone with a "what the hell is this?" Supportsuite should get a nice error handler that displays with the default theme: "hello, an error has occured, please notify the admin" (or an auto notify to admin with the fatal message). Users shouldn't see the reason of the fatal error (well... sometimes it helps them to understand what's the matter but it's the responsibility of supporsuite to filter what the user should see). Just an idea ![]() Greetings, Antoine -- Lurking around there -- |

Totally agree with this. Errors only logged for the admin, a simple message shown to the customer saying a simple error. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
