I want to NOT send everyone the New Note - 08-01-2008, 05:22 PM

Lets say I have a new ticket - everyone that is staff or administrator gets an email saying new ticket and the details. That is kinda nice but I would like ot select who gets the email instead of all of them. Can I create a new group or something to do this?

Also, if a new note is entered into a ticket, everyone receives an email with the info. Is there a way I can stop this? Or make any changes to this?

I am afraid that you can only either send the alerts to everyone or to yourself only. I have moved this thread to the feature requests forum for a future version of SupportSuite.

So, how do I set it to where it is sent to the one person only? Sorry for such a dumb question but I can't seem to find that.

What I meant was creating the 'private' alert; so that the alerts are only sent to yourself.
