I agree that staff viewing of kb articles needs to be improved.

I would also like to add that staff should be able to add a link to one or more kb articles in ticket replies as well.

Hi, our team has a great set of people and we are always bringing new people on board. There are some ins and outs to the system and how we do things and it would be great if there was a way to either start a new internal Knowledgebase or have the private knowledgebase viewable to staff.
