3 There should be an option added to choose a language for publishing news or FAQs in the “News”, “Knowledgebase” section in the customer interface. Thus, if a Russian language is selected, news published in English should be not available for viewing.

Has this feature been approved for Version 4?
Do you have an estimation on when Version 4 is supposed to appear? This feature is very important for us and we'd like to understand whether it's to be implemented soon.

Sorry, but I didn't quite understand whether you have approved the requested feature for Version 4 or not. Could you please clear up this question for me?

It has been approved by either Varun or Ryan as it has been moved to the "Will Implement (V4)" board. Jamie moves them here once they have decided on what will and what won't be implemented.

It could be any one of us that approves it; most commonly it is Varun or myself and who moves around the SWIFT related feature requests, in this case it was me - as has been with most feature requests here.

Will it be possible to also impliment the ability to create categories and department name and description in different languages...

Right now when the client changes language it only changes the site language but it is not posible to change language of a department names (

i would like to add my request to this, post, if you are allowing several languages, the dedection should be done, what the default language is on his browser (as displayed in the Infomation tab on the visitor monitor pane. so if i.e german or frensh is installed the supportsute and also the lifecchat should apear in that language
