Custom Fields Localization of custom fields

I like the custom fields but they need to be more enhanced

1. Feature Request:
Make each custom field available so it can be used with language variables. Maybe an extra field in the custom field setup process where you can add your already inserted language variable code.

I will soon run 4 languages on my helpdesk and i don't wanna name a field

NAME1 / NAME 2 / NAME 3 / NAME 4 : <textfield here>

It's just confusing the customer.

2. Feature Request:
Again the custom fields. I was told by the support that it isn't possible right now. When i add a custom type field under custom fields. For expample for the registration process and i add the code to the HTML. And then i wanna display the same field under MY ACCOUNT page, the value of the field isn't showing up there.

Make it available, that all custom fields no matter which type can be used everywhere where you wanna display it.
