Mail Parser -> Manage Rules - 04-10-2007, 05:14 PM

Rules are great. I would like to see the available actions for a rule expanded to include all of the "Follow up" actions.

So, when a ticket comes in with certain criteria, i can set an owner, set a queue, add a note, etc. Not just send a reply.
