Mail parser -> Rules -> Option to enable or disable rules - 11-07-2007, 06:27 PM

I would like to suggest you add the ability to enable/disable rules in the Mail Parser » Manage Rules screen (perhaps in the options column?)

Reason being, there are some somewhat elaborate rules we have created for testing/limited duration purposes etc. that I would like to be able to turn on when needed and turn off when not, since they require a bit of time to recreate all the regex/client specific info etc.

Please consider for inclusion.

1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

I would also have to agree with this. Its easier to turn on and off then to delete and recreate. I think this could apply to various areas as well like alerts.
