Mail parser -> Staff reply -> Automatically assign ticket to replying staff user - 08-08-2007, 05:36 AM

I had a situation where i received an alert to a ticket that was assigned to another staff member. I replied to the ticket alert and then the user replied. However, because i was not assigned that ticket and because my email address had not been added as a CC etc, i didnt get that reply.

Is there an option that automatically adds a staff member to a ticket as a CC if he replies to that ticket?

I don't think this is possible but feel free to suggest it in the Feature Requests board.
