After "End chat" some users would like to get chat log to own email. Please, add feature "Send chat log to email" after end of chat (for users, not in staff interface). |

I am running 3.2.0.2 and my after chat will not send to user. It has never worked for me on the old version either. What am I doing wrong? |

Hi there, That is because it has not yet been implemented. It will be implemented in the next major product launch -------------------------------------------------------------------
