I would like to see the following:
1. Ticket creation and calendar scheduling all in the ticket area, so that we can eliminate double entry.
2. The ability to be able to sync contact information from Kayako to WHMCS or Modernbill, if you can do it with the loginshare, yous hould be able to sync the pertinate contact info, i.e. name, address, phone number, etc.
3. Ability to bill in Kayako through Modernbill or WHMCS. This would be amazing since there is nothing setup like this yet, and I need to simplify the interface for all of my techs.
4. Be able to print work orders, with disclaimers, before we do any work for the client, so I can get their signature, and eventually be able to do it on a smartphone, and save the work order as an attachment pdf.
5. Integrate users and contacts, so that there is no seperation, or at least be able to see if a contact is a user.
6. Make the dashboard be private knowledgebase, private downloads, private news, and statistics.
7. Need to make SyncWorks less bandwidth reliant, as it maxes out shared hosting limits in the php.ini file.
Thanks, all of this would be awesome, because integration is the biggest issue, and with these things, I can be able to better automate my workflow. |
