It seems 2 years has passed, but the feature is still in the wind?

Hi Jon,

The feature request is in the "Will Implement (V4)" forum, which means that the feature is marked for implementation in Version 4. Therefore, please do not expect it before Version 4 is released.

Remember also, that this is not only important for SEO purposes, it's also MUCH more professional to give a nice looking knowledge base article URL to a customer than the crazy URLs that are given now. Much less like to break in an e-mail as well.
