Tickets -> Edit Ticket UI -> Complete redesign needed - 12-06-2007, 11:17 PM

The things used most commonly in the "Edit Ticket" tab should be at the top of the page.

IMO, it should be laid out like so:
  1. The custom fields we add
  2. Ticket Properties (Subject, Email, Full Name)
  3. The "Update" button
  4. Everything else

(please move the update button up!)

I'm constantly having to scroll the page after updating ticket properties or linking custom fields.

Even better would be an administration screen that allows us to set the order of things on this page.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

We are aware of the shortcomings of the Ticket Edit interface. Please be assured this is due a complete overhaul in Version 4.

We should be able to Customize the StaffCP (and maybe even the AdminCP) like we can customize the Client interface.

At the moment we can't customize anthing at all on the StaffCP, can't even put our company name/logo on display...
