I am looking to have some custom Dev work done on my supportsuite to include surveys. I would like to have a survey sent after each ticket close and link the survey data with the ticket it was sent in regards to. I have full specs and a budget available. I have several other enhancements I am interested in as well. Looking for a dev partner not just a one-off job.

A good example of one is the one www.hostgater.com uses just chat with them then close it out and you'll see their survey.

This should have released long long time ago . It does not need vote, it does not need waste of time talking about it

This would be great. However it may not fit to all business rules so that feature should have on/off option in admin settings.

I believe this is already implemented in version 4 (not 100% certain). This is unlikely to be implemented in version 3.

Either way, this should be commented on in the other thread, so I'm going to close this one.
