Hi,

is there existing functionality that would allow customer to "rate" a ticket after the case is finished? Preferably in an automated way of doing so?

ex, via Helpfull / not helfpull choices
or ratings from 1-10 .. stuff like that

We've been asking for this feature for a while. It would, indeed, be good for a client to rate our service. It's also something we could use for marketing purposes.

I would like to see this implemented as well.

IMI, it would only be truly helpful though, if accompanied by a useful reporting module. Maybe even a "dashboard" within the staff area that shows running (cumulative) numbers.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

Hi there,

There are no official plans as of yet to implement this in the next version of SupportSuite. However, the developers are yet to sift through most of the feature requests so a decision may soon be made.

This is kind of part of the topic I suppose but just a quick question for you Jamie.

Could you have the developers post a list of all the features planned for V4 once they have "sifted" through and then post this as a sticky in the feature requests board?

I suppose this is one way of publishing a list once determined, but I am not sure if this is the way the developers will want to go about it - but either way, you will find out when it happens.

It is unlikely to be implemented for Version 3, but a likely request for Version 4.

This feature would set Kayako apart from most other helpdesks. Companies need a way of evaluating the performance of their staff.
