Hi there, There are no official plans as of yet to implement this in the next version of SupportSuite. However, the developers are yet to sift through most of the feature requests so a decision may soon be made. -------------------------------------------------------------------

This is kind of part of the topic I suppose but just a quick question for you Jamie. Could you have the developers post a list of all the features planned for V4 once they have "sifted" through and then post this as a sticky in the feature requests board? I suppose this is one way of publishing a list once determined, but I am not sure if this is the way the developers will want to go about it - but either way, you will find out when it happens. -------------------------------------------------------------------
