Some of my ideas for record;
  • A standard set of "rating" and "survey" questions and answers.
  • Ability to add custom fields that can be used in conjunction with reporting - i.e. the ability to set a "numerical" property for one custom survey field which can later be used in graphical reporting.

I have just bought your software... and it is really nice, big credits

for now i miss a single feature, i would like somehow that my customers can rate my supports answers. is this something that you have in mind?

This feature was available in v2 which due to client request was removed in v3.

Not many clients complained or rather requested when the feature was removed. I guess now that it has been requested, Kayako can consider adding it as an optional feature in v4.

Well, obvious reason - reimplementing a feature that was unpopular didn't make much sense at the time. But as Hiren said, now there is demand for it, it can be considered as an option for V4.
