Upgrade notes after upgrade proceedure - 05-09-2008, 12:45 AM

A list of notes (such as new settings, settings that need to be checked) following an upgrade should be displayed.

Or, something more advanced (such as the way vBulletin handles their upgrade notes) would be to create a kind of task list of "Items needing attention" in the admincp.
