Using hours:minutes format in "Due time" field - 17-01-2008, 11:18 AM

While defining Due time for a trouble ticket manually, there should be an option added to set time in hours:minutes.

Dear Jamie,

Is there any chance that the requested feature could be ever implemented?

Do you mean "due by Feb 25, 2008 4:00pm" or "due in 3 days, 4 hours, 59 minutes"?

Any of these options would be fine for us. Preferably the variant "due by Feb 25, 2008 4:00pm".

Dear Jamie,

Will this feature be implemented in Version 4? We consider it as critical for our business. Please advise.

I don't understand, you can already do this in the system.

If you click on the due time you can adjust the day and time for any ticket..

(Granted you have to + or - depending on your timezone)

IE. if you manually change the due TIME it will add or subtract from that time when you hit submit (depending on your timezone)

I am -5 GMT so if i want something due at 3pm i have to enter it as 7pm. Then it will show 3pm..

Ecornet,

That is strange but we can select only date, not time when manually updating the 'Due' fileld.

Attached goes the screenshot of how it works in our case. We don't have time edit option. Currently we are using version 3.11.01, and planning to upgrade next week.

Ecornet, what build do you have installed? Seems that this option is available in a newer version... or we just don't know how it can be enabled
