[V4] SPAM Protection

Hello,

Is it possible to implement SPAM protection as follows:

1. Mail Parser -> Email Queue:
*** Add field "Return Path" domain name.
This means, if value specified as "bounced.liteforex.org", all bounced e-mail (if autoresponder will not be delivered) will be returned to this domain with ticket id specified as mailbox, for example: ASDF-12345@bounced.liteforex.org

2. SPAM eater: Create clent to catch mail from bounce mailbox and once it receives mail, mark this ticket as SPAM, or delete it (Allow us to choose option);

3. Ticket Confirmation: To autoresponder add link (url) which customer should follow in order his ticket to be entered into the system, until of this - mark ticket as UNCONFIRMED and do not place it into incoming tickets.

I hope this is not too hard to implement and this will be helpful additions.

Spam protection is being developed for Version 4 of SupportSuite.

I just created this about Spam

Spam Rules not apply for clients

The problem i also have not mentioned is that its very slow when you have 50 fileds or so per rule so i created a new one.
